Article 2 – Purpose and ScopeThese General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") govern all contractual relationships between the Seller and the Buyer regarding purchases made through the Website.
Placing an Order constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
Article 3 – Seller IdentificationSabaka Papeterie specializes in the creation and sale of premium and luxury stationery products (notebooks, planners, greeting cards, etc.), both new and pre-owned, as well as the sale of pre-owned coffee table books.

Article 4 – Customer AccountTo place an Order, the Buyer must be at least 18 years of age. Creating an Account is free of charge. The Buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Article 5 – ProductsThe essential characteristics of each Product are described on its corresponding product page. If a Product becomes unavailable after an Order has been placed, the Buyer shall be informed without undue delay and may choose between a replacement product, a store credit, or a full refund within fourteen (14) days.
Article 6 – Prices and PaymentPrices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), but excluding shipping costs. Payment is made securely online by credit/debit card or PayPal.
The Buyer's payment method is charged upon confirmation of the Order.
Article 7 – Delivery and Customs DutiesSabaka Papeterie delivers throughout mainland France and the European Union. Orders are dispatched within two (2) to five (5) business days. The Buyer must inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancy within forty-eight (48) hours. For deliveries requested outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer, who assumes full responsibility for their payment.
Article 8 – Right of WithdrawalIn accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless the return results from an error made by the Seller.
Exception — Personalized or custom-made Products are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
Article 9 – Statutory WarrantiesThe Products benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two (2) years and the statutory warranty against hidden defects in accordance with applicable French law.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by French law.
However, in accordance with European regulations, the application of French law shall not deprive consumers residing in another Member State of the European Union of the mandatory protections afforded to them under the laws of their country of residence.
